Our Company Milestones
Our founder, Kim Heang started his first business, Phnom Penh Tour Services (PPTS) in 2001 as a Young and Poor Real Estate Agent and English Speaking Tourist Guide! We continue from Phnom Penh Tour Services in 2001 into Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd in 2008 and from Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd continue to Kambo Land, Keller Williams Cambodia, Borey KS Residence, Samnang Land, Borey Vimean Samnang and the coming project of Borey Bavet Residence will be in 2026, Samnang Town will be early 2027 and Borey Vimean Samang II will be in 2028!

Oknha Dr. Kim Heang has started his first business in real estate career as a Young and Poor Real Estate Agent in 2001 to be Top 10 Developer in Cambodia! He has businesses in property brokerage, property valuation and appraisal, property management, property investment and housing development. He has various experiences in Real Estate, Tourism, Construction, Sales and Marketing, Management in Cambodia and ASEAN.
Oknha Dr. Kim Heang holds his BBA in Tourism Management in 2003, M.Sc in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 2006 and his Ph.D in Business and Administration in 2017.
He is the Past President of Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), whose members are licensed real estate companies in Cambodia from 2015 to 2018.
He is the Past President of ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA), whose members are official real estate valuation association in ASEAN in 2016.
He is the Past President of ASEAN Real Estate Network Alliance (ARENA), whose members are official real estate agency association in ASEAN in 2018.
He is also the Founder and Owner of Khmer Real Estate Co., Ltd since 2007 and KH Housing Development Co., Ltd for Borey KS Residence and Samnang Land since 2019.
He was the Founder and Master Franchise Owner of Keller William Cambodia, known as KW Cambodia from the Keller Williams Realty International from Austin, Texas, the United States of America from 2018 to 2024.
CHUMTEAV OKNHA KUNG SAMNANG
Executive Director
Chumteav Oknha Kung Samnang, Chief Executive Officer provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization. She is in charge of all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
With over 12 years’ experience in business operations, Chumteav Kung Samnang has attended many local and international studies including a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Women’s Leadership program, Financial Management, Training of Trainer and plus other short courses. She also has many work functions from other local Organizations such asa Program Manager and a Research Officer in education program. She does believe her study, experience, leadership, creative, initiative, responsible and networking will progressively and properly help contribute and support to Borey Vimean Samnang.
